This is my sixth resonator guitar and fifth squareneck. This one is made from solid African mahogany with walnut binding, fretboard, and overlay, and a maple/mahogany soundwell. The finish is Tru Oil. The cone and spider were both made by Paul Beard, the tuners came from Stew-Mac and the rest of the hardware is of overseas manufacture. The nut is Corian and the bridge inserts are persimmon. I can include a Musician’s Friend dreadnought case with a modified neck block for $60, or a much nicer Superior CD-1512 case for $150. To see a video please follow the link below. My playing skills are not what they should be but I hope it will give some idea of the sound.
