Banjo #37, cherry 11″, brass hardware-sold

This banjo is made mainly from cherry with a jatoba fretboard, cherry burl peghead overlay and maple bridge. It has Gotoh raw brass tuners, a brass tension hoop that I made myself and the rest of the brass hardware came from Balsam Banjo Works except for the tailpiece.  The fretwire is EVO Gold.  The position marker dots in the fretboard are brass.  Renaissance head on a 11″ block rim with a wood tone ring profile turned into the top. The rim is 1/2″ thick.  The neck has a two way truss rod accessed through the heel. The nut is made from Corian. The banjo has a Tru Oil finish. The scale length is 26-1/4″ and the nut width is 1-3/8″.  To see a video demonstration of this banjo please follow the link below.
