This banjo is the first I have made with nickel-plated hardware for a while. The wood is curly maple with a hickory neck stripe, fretboard, peghead overlay and heel cap. The hardware is nickel plated and came from Elderly Instruments and Stew-Mac except for the shoe bolts which are stainless steel. The scale length is 26-3/16″, the nut width is 1-3/8″ and the rim diameter is 11″. The tuners are 5 Star, the head is an Elite Amber.
