The neck, rim, rim cap and Romero-style armrest are made from cherry, the peghead overlay and heel cap are cherry burl, and the fretboard is jatoba. I will sell the banjo without the armrest for $30 less. The scale length is 23″ and the nut width is 1-3/8″. There is a two way truss rod accessed at the heel of the neck, the fretboard marker dots are brass, the nuts are Corian, the fret wire is EVO Gold and the tuners are Gotoh. The rim has a wood tone ring profile turned into the top. I made the Van Eps style tension hoop and the dowel stick brace, the Renaissance head and the tailpiece came from Smakula Fretted Instruments and the rest of the hardware is from Balsam Banjo Works.
