This dulcimer is made entirely from curly maple wood except for the internal brace, which is cedar.  There is a knot in the side of the neck near the tuners, it can be seen in some of the pictures.  This dulcimer has four strings and a 27″ scale length.  The neck is 1-1/4″ wide.  The bridge and nut are granadillo, and the strings are made by GHS.  The finish is 5 coats of Tru Oil.
